DELIVERY

What is your shipping policy?

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. If the item is delayed we will contact you and offer you a refund if you aren’t able to wait.

What shipping options do you provide?

All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS) first class shipping, unless requested by you, the customer.

We also offer International shipping through USPS. Shipping prices may vary.

Where is my confirmation email?

If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder. Most confirmation emails will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order, however, sometimes you may experience a slight delay. In this case, please allow up to 12 hours for your confirmation email to come through. If you have any further questions in regards to your email confirmation, please email help@motherlandstuff.com

Where is my order?

If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. Please log in to your account to check your tracking information. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday your order might experience slight delays, dependent on the postal services/couriers. For any other questions in regards to the status of your order please email help@motherlandstuff.com

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only exchanges and a merchandise credit will be allowed. Return requests for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with their original packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted /undeliverable packages).

There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 5 days. Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

How to Return or Exchange?

Please contact help@motherlandstuff.com and send the package back to the address on your address label.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

    1. I have read the return & shipping policy above.
    2. Any incorrect address will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
    3. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
    4. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
    5. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
    6. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
    7. I understand that if the package is delivered, any loss is the responsibility of USPS and any complaints should be directed to USPS.
    8. I understand that motherlandstuff is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.
    9. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website.
    10. I understand that motherlandstuff offers a 90-day warranty on all items. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, exchange or replacement will be honored. Please open your packages upon receipt.
    11. If the package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them.
    12. I understand that these items are hand-made and any marks on them are not blemishes but blessings from hard-working hands that strive to create a connection to them and the Motherland.
